The intent guardian for coding agents

Approved does not mean approved forever.

Software intent is agreed once and then quietly goes stale: a policy changes, a decision is superseded, evidence turns out to say the opposite — and every downstream decision that rested on it stays green.

This system holds intent as a graph over an append-only ledger, and when something changes it says what that change invalidated before anything regenerates. When the damage reaches an execution contract, it refuses to compile one, and the refusal arrives with a causal certificate: the chain of rows that explains itself.
